Jaime Wyatt
Jaime Wyatt
Jaime Wyatt is a striking figure that walks the Earth with an old soul. Her repertoire tells stories of heartbreak and redemption, delivered by a voice that is both rich and clear. Comparisons are frequently drawn to Neko Case, Stevie Nicks and at times she has been anointed a female Tom Petty. However, Nancy Wilson of Heart professed loving Wyatt’s “Punk Rock attitude.” Wyatt is a dynamic performer, dually noted as a powerhouse singer and stellar guitar player, sailing between vintage 60’s and 70’s Country/ Rock/Soul anthems and heartfelt ballads of love and confusion.

Originally discovered by Skip Williamson of LA indie label Lakeshore Records while still living in her hometown of Gig Harbor, Washington, she signed her first recording contract at 17. Her Lakeshore Records self-titled EP was produced by Pete Droge, and delivered a windfall with each and every song receiving placement in a major motion picture or soundtrack, some of which included Wicker Park (“Lightswitch"), Midnight Meat Train (song title), and Feast of Love (song title). The track "Lightswitch" became a hit at college and indie radio in the U.S., alongside at stations across the European continent. Tiffany, of 80's pop radio fame, covered her composition "Mind Candy” on her album country album Just Me.

This year, Jaime has seen much success with Television. Most notably, a song Wyatt wrote with Pete Droge and Elaine Summers and sang for CALICO the band was featured on ABC’s hit TV show Nashville.

Her self-released new album From Outer Space Produced by Mark Howard (Lucinda Williams, Tom Waits, Willie Nelson) hits all digital outlets March 2015. 7” Vinyl and physical CD releases will follow, with several record release shows in Texas for SXSW.

Legendary for creating in home environments, as he did with Tom Waits' Real Gone, Producer Mark Howard enjoyed a prolific collaborative partnership with Daniel Lanois for decades. As they began to execute Wyatt's vision, the singer shares, "It’s definitely a dream come true. When I heard Lucinda Williams’s album World Without Tears I knew there was a special environment and energy being curated. There are performances on the album, which are superior. There’s a tamed chaos that Mark was able to pull out of those players, an energy I have long-since desired on my recordings." Howard offers, "The one thing that struck me about Jaime was that she comes from the same place where Emmy Lou Harris and Lucinda Williams comes from. She has that same soul in her voice and her writing is up to that same greatness. She will be one of the next great singer-songwriters to follow in their footsteps."
Jerry & The Rest
Jerry & The Rest
Jerry and The Rest is an Orange County band priding themselves on their use of Americana and simplicity to put on a sincere and energetic live show. It includes members of Charles Mansion, Creatures Choir, and The Merry Rounders.
Echo Sparks
Echo Sparks
Echo Sparks is a southern California Americana trio inspired by the old California that is rapidly disappearing - a land of lonely highways and empty, rolling hills. They take the best of the region's musical traditions and blend them into a sound that is distinctly modern, but full of history. Their latest album release, “Ghost Town Girl,” has had radio play across North America and has garnered rave reviews (including two write-ups in No Depression).

Echo Sparks is led by primary songwriter DA Valdez on vocals and lead guitar. Colleen Kinnick shares the lead vocal position and plays rhythm guitar. Cindy Ballreich provides support on upright bass and mandolin. The trio’s wide range of influences creates a distinct approach to roots music unlike anything else being done today.
